Return and Refund Policy

All goods are thoroughly checked and passed from QC testing. In case of any fault or damage, customer can always exchange or return the product.

Returns done within 3 days of the delivery shall be accepted. 

All refunds shall be done through bank transfer. Only the product value shall be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Return to made at the provided mailing address by the customer. Once the goods are received, refund process shall initiate. 

In case if exchange, the exchange order will also incur delivery charges.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email us at binnadeem.official@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return.( If Damaged)
2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Send It Back: We’ll provide you with return instructions, including the shipping address.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
